Due to the nature of digital products and custom software development, our refund policy differs from physical goods.

Digital products and plugins

All purchases of downloadable software, plugins, or digital tools are final once delivered.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However:

If a product is defective or not as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
This may include bug fixes, updates, or replacement access.

Custom development services

Work is billed in stages or as agreed in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refunds are not provided for completed work.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You may be entitled to a remedy if a product or service:

Has a major failure
Is not fit for purpose
Does not match its description
